Petticoats and Tutus
Petticoats and underskirts are ideal to wear under
costume skirts to add shape and volume. Tutus are ideal to wear as part of a
fancy dress costume where you need to add accessories like fairy wings, cat ears
etc. plus neon tutus are very popular for 80's fancy dress or for clubwear
and clubbing - they look fantastic under U.V lighting because they are
